We are a full service hearth dealer and are certified installers for the many products we sell. Due to hearth products being in high demand right now, we are experiencing longer than normal lead times on product availability and installations.

We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.

Service calls are in high demand, especially during the colder months. GMFS only is able to service the Fireplaces and Stoves that we can verify that we have installed. If you request a service call, please know that we are running 5-6 weeks out from the date you contact us. We ask that you please refrain from calling or emailing to request your service date, as we are not able to give you a confirmed day and time right now due to an influx of service requests. Please know that we will contact you with a date when the time gets closer. We understand your needs and we will try to assist you as efficiently as possible.
